The best cooking method for any frozen crab legs that I have ever found is to take a steam basket and put it in a large pot of shallow boiling water (just enough to be below the steam basket), wash the ice off of the legs (but otherwise don’t thaw them), and steam for 7 minutes with the lid on. Always turns out perfect. Meat doesn’t get stuck in the shell or anything. 10/10 would recommend. Super easy, no need for salt, as the meat is salty enough on its own.

  2. Just had these last weekend. I threw mine on the grill after they thawed. Turned out real good. They are precooked so all you really need to do is bring them up to temp.
