  1. Go to the brown bag in the upper right corner and tap on it to open the order. Then tap on the product and hit REMOVE. Do this will all of the items in your order and the order will be gone. I hope that helps!

  2. Same thing happened to me, eventually your pending order will just say you picked it up no matter what and you will get a charge. Thats why they said call the bank because they probably thought you already got charged which is going to happen eventually. It happened to me i tried using this coupon via the app, went up to pick up my order and it wasn’t there they said the system has no record. I brushed it off and just left because I was just trying to be frugal and get a deal. Now a week later I got a charge for $6.25 for that order that I never picked up. Which would have been the price precoupon. I called mcdonalds app customer service and they said they don’t have the ability to refund this type of billing error contact your bank.
