  1. Firstly you have to consider the size of the pizza and whether its meant to be eaten by one person or not. If I eat at peppes pizza in my country for example.. I’d eat 2 out of 8 slizes of a normal sized pizza. With their ‘portion’ sized one.. I’d eat half (but I would be able to eat the entire thing if I really wanted to). At the ‘Pizzabakeren’ they have actual portion sized ones where I’d eat it all (its about the amount of the two slizes in the aforementioned one). If I buy a grandiosa frozen pizza I usually eat a third or even half. At an Italian restaurant they usually sell portion sized ones.

    So overall… consider the pizza and its size (and the amount of calories++), how many its meant for and take it from there.
