    Recipe: Heat garlic, 1 tsp butter, chili powder, finely chopped scallions and/or onion, and paprika (since I made this is uni it was usually in the microwave on 20 second blasts till fragrant). Once cool, add 2 tbs mayo and a tin of drained tuna. Form into balls or triangles under a thick layer of white rice. Right before eating, I like to wrap with a piece of nori.

    I also make a tuna salad that is white rice, mayo, pickles, tuna, kidney beans, and touch of mustard and chili powder.
